Slightly hazy rich golden hue with a thin foamy white head. Charming golden malty aroma with a light Serrano-jalapeno aroma with no spiciness. Crisp semidry flavor that’s golden malty and slightly biscuity with a light Chile pepper tone with absolutely no heat. 650ml bottle pours a golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is jalapenos with some light fruits and spices. Taste is a light jalapeno pepper sensation on the tongue with a light fruity and malty sweetness finishing with a light spicy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with decent carbonation. Bottle. Medium gold, lightly hazy, with a stable white head. Capsicum and grass lead the nose, and fresh cut peppers are the first thing that greets your tongue, with lightly sweet pale malts, and Belgian yeast esters coming in later. Bomber split. Hazy darker gold. Big peppery nose and flavor with a moderate heat in the finish. Interesting base - you can tell it’s heavier and a touch sweeter, but at no point would I have know it was a tripel specifically if the base didn’t say. Peppers > yeast. 22 oz bottle- Pours lightly hazy golden with a crackly white head that reduces quickly, probably from the addition of Jalapeños. The aroma is fresh from the garden peppers, malt, but mostly fresh cut Jalapeños, which i love. The taste is very similar, peppers, some Belgian qualities seem to want to come out, but the peppers dominate.The heat is dialed back, more of just the pepper flavor. Body is a bit thin, carbonation is perfect. Nice beer, assuming like with most pepper beers the heat varies from bottle to bottle, this is maybe a 2 on the heat scale, barely detectable.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy bright orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and limited lacing. Aroma of jalapenos with some residual sugar and light cereal notes is more balanced then I was expecting. Taste is a mix of spicy jalapenos notes with some residual sugar notes and cereal notes with subtle fruity ester. Body is full with good carbonation and no alcohol was apparent. 650 ml bottle from Canada Craft club. Aroma: typical Belgian nose of cloves, bananas with unpleasant herbal notes. App: cloudy golden, minimal white head, no detention, no lacing. Taste and palate: light to medium body, soft carbonation, almost flat, burning peppery finish. Overall: not so good. Nose has this herbal notes tart I don’t appreciate, the mouthfeel is thin, too little carbonation and that Jalapeño in mouth is way too present. One glass is way enough of this beer. Dp. Pours a hazy amber, topped by a thin fizzy white head showing low retention but leaving some good lacing. Vivid microcarbonation. The nose is vegetal with roasted jalapeño at the center stage. Some faint sweetness in the nose. The taste is head-on jalapeño peppers with a light malty sweetness.subtle herbal hops do get through, but the peppers take all the palate through a medium body. Long peppery finish with capsaicin giving nice spicy notes and tingling the back of the throat. Might not be for everyone, but I liked it a lot. 650ml bomber. Slightly hazy orange pour, big white head. Aroma is is jalapeño potatoe chips, and soft tropical fruit with some cereals. Mouth feel is pleasant, carb is good.
