Visual: Pours clear golden yellow, just a few bubbles in the glass, a few singular very slow sporadic streams. BVery (11385) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 20, 2015
Nose: yeasty woody, faint apple juice. (lvl-2)-pungency
Attack: crisp, bright clean fruity
Mid-palate: light burpy, off-dry (lvl-3-sweetness), firm soft acidic bite, light champagne, tangy apple juice
Finish: fruity woody apple exhale, clean finish.
Summary: Pleasantly clean, structured, and drinkable. Visually and aromatically not that assertive but goes down crisp and smooth. A good aperitif.
Bottle. Clear lighter yellow pour. Bold carbonation. Effervescent. Tart apple skin. Juicy, with a somewhat dry finish. Craftbrewhaha (80) - - OCT 1, 2015
Hands down my favorite cider in the World. Juicy body, dry finish, very proscecco-like. Tight carbonation. Aroma of juicy delicious apples. I could live on this stuff. Reimer96 (1778) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 28, 2015
Pours a clear effervescent golden white. Aroma of tart apples, Apple skin and light fruity esthers. Taste is a nice tart green apple, with some residual sweetness that’s fairly dry on the finish. Only way to make this better is to make it a touch dryer! johnfrink (20) - Alberta, CANADA - APR 10, 2015
Mild carbonation. Just slightly on the thin side. Nice bottle. A bit expensive. Contains sulfites.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear dull blonde. Nose brings out medium sweet apple skins with medium acidity. Flavour is low-to-medium sweetness, with dry apple skins, medium acidity and a champagne-like effervescence on the finish. Well-carbonated and dry on the finish. Very well-made and enjoyable. udubdawg (30) - Kansas, USA - DEC 31, 2014
very fruity, up front and everpresent, lemon lime and apple skin, hints of apricots and pears. little overt apple. alcohol immediately noticeable but never quite obtrusive, perhaps closer to so in flavor/mouth than aroma. tannins are a little hard/bitter, but that’s the only real quibble. nice medium acidity, along with med low carbonation manages to make this quite refreshing. tannins may soften over time; I should revisit with a bit of age as this is very close to excellent. weihenweizen (4143) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - SEP 20, 2014
Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle with flip-top. Clear pale golden with very small white head. Aroma is light apple, medium carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is dry white vinous and light apple. Alcohol is well covered, but too dry for my taste. brokensail (16660) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 27, 2014
Bottle @ Sea Cider. Chill hazed pale straw. Spicy and floral nose. Sweet apple and some slight tartness. A lot of yeast. Flavor is a touch bland. Kind of light and seltzery. Some baked apple, mild vanilla, and a touch of pie crust. Slight citrus and flowers. fiulijn (21399) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2014
Bottle at the cidery
Pale yellow color. Delicate and balanced aroma, fruity and a bit flowery. Semi-dry mouthfeel, well carbonated, the body is not weak, it has a good apple flavor and moderate acidity, a bit of alcohol and light astringency in the final.
Similar to French cider. Good.
