Newton Pippin apples give structure to this crisp and aromatic dry sparkling cider. Blended with Island grown apples such as Winter Bananas and Sunsets, the result is an aromatic medley of apricot, marzipan and candied orange peel.

Crisp refreshing cider, sweetness is balanced by it’s vibrant acidity. Beautiful light colour. Fine, persistent bubbles, some notes seldom found in cider that are usually reserved for champagne.

dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
Light clear golden. Aroma of cooked apples, peach, plum. Flavours of apple pie, peach juice, honey. Pretty nice stuff, not a great value but a good drink

SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 12, 2016

transparent water-straw, head dies fast. Honey and green apple skin nose. Front palate stings with earthy, mossy oddity. plenty of green apple acid across front palate, thin body is light but buoyed by acid. Watery across body, light sugar and effervescence not 7.7%.
