12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 1/27/2016. Pours crystal clear golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Minimal herbal/spicy hop bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good robustness and balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, clean, dry, and slightly grainy mouthfeel that is okay. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a decent fruit beer. All around solid robustness and balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Watery/lacking in mouthfeel, and pretty one dimensional in flavors; but this was still fairly tasty and enjoyable. Holtguy (181) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 28, 2016
Pours gold with thin white head. Head dissipates quickly. Aroma of apricot, fairly potent. Flavor is macro lager with medicinal fruit flavor, that fruit apparently being apricot. Watery. No bitterness. Not particularly good. Sirmixsomewhat (266) - Paoli, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 31, 2016
Whereas Sea Dog’s blueberry beer tastes a little too fruity, this apricot beer tastes a little too tart and bland. I forgot what it really was like almost immediately after drinking it and know that it wouldn’t be worth going to again. rondphoto (4494) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - DEC 31, 2015
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium amber color, thin white head cover, no lace. Very still looking. Taste is apricot malt that adds light fizz right away, moving from there to a finish that stays the same as the openers. Not a bad idea, because the apricot provides enough balance. Possibilities, but not a completed idea. sinfull (1798) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - NOV 29, 2015
Clear , golden color. Weak , white head . Aroma of wheat and apricot jam. Sweet , fruity taste . Drinkable.

12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a clear gold color with a white heqd that fizzles out quickly. The aroma has nice, juicy apricot notes that stay sweet, like the canned peaches in syrup. The taste is sweet and suagary, with more of an apricot nuance. Light in body and has medium to high carbonation. I get a wheaty note in the finish. DrNosha (2716) - Württemberg, Germany, GERMANY - NOV 6, 2015
12oz Flasche. Orange Farbe, flacher Schaum. Aprikose und Kräuteraroma. Der Geschmack ist fruchtig und herb. Bittere Aprikose, leichte Säure. ryanfolty (2604) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - AUG 30, 2015
August 30, 2015 - on tap at brewpub. Clear golden pour with some head. Aroma was strong apricot and grain. Taste was more grainy and the apricot was artificially sweet like a jolly rancher. alobar (3912) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 5, 2015
Pours yellow-orange with strong fruity apricot aroma. Wheat and apricot flavor. A bit underdeveloped or otherwise would have been a really nice beer. aumentm (750) - North Carolina, USA - MAY 10, 2015
Nice apricot beer that is smooth and light. Has that fruity taste and light look to it.
