Beer with natural flavors added. Our unique light bodied wheat beer with a fragrant peach essence, and a clean refreshing grapefruit finish. A Sunfish pairs well with salads, pork, chicken, light fare, and fruit desserts like Peach Cobbler.

Aroma is fruit sweet with some wheat. Appearance is a nice light yellow, clear, but no head. Taste is sweet and peach, apricot maybe, and lots of wheat. Ends with a stale wheatyness and what seems like a tad if freezer burn. Palate is smooth and drinkable.

milewide (2332) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - DEC 13, 2017
Lots of fruit aroma and taste. Clear golden color. Modest head. Fruit flavors do seem natural.

My girlfriend and I tried this beer at the Beer Boats n Bacon Festival and it was the best beer we’ve ever tasted. We are now trying to find it. &# via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample at the Shipyard brewery taproom. Clear golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lace. Wheat, citrus and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, wheat and malt. The finish is wheaty with a fruity character. Slightly above average overall.

bottled - clear golden color. Very good peach and grapefruit aroma. Good fruit flavor but artificial tasting as well which detracts from the overall score.

boto (2283) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - AUG 5, 2017
Draught @ Brew City: This one pours a clear golden color. There is a small white head and no lacing. Lighter aroma. Some malts and grapefruit. Somewhat lighter body. Tastes include wheat and some sweet grapefruit, but not from hops. Refreshing.

j12601 (13297) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 24, 2017
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Big artificial peach on the nose. Smells like cheap peach schnapps. Medium bodied, grain, sweet. If this had 15% ABV I’m sure every undergrad would be all over it. Cloying, sweet peach flavor, long sweet fruit. Lingering sweet peach, almost artificial sweetness. Weird and lingers on the tongue in an unpleasant way.

SanfordBrewer (1610) - Sanford, Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2017
Translucent gold with a dissipating white head. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Aroma: tart wheat with prominent slightly soapy peach and a faint clashing grapefruit zest.

Taste: grainy tart wheat, soapy peach, a little sweeness, and then a faint lingering grapefruit sorbet character in the finish.

trapped (3774) - New York, TURKEY - SEP 14, 2016
Bottle. Pours clear golden with off-white foamy large head, peach & grapefruit aroma, high carbonation, lightly sour taste with peach and grapefruit aroma, thin body, abrupt finish. The dominant peach flavor is a bit strange.
