355 ml can from the Bishop’s Cellar. Pours a cloudy golden orange with smallish white head. Aroma is honey, flowers, light toast, caramel and earthiness. Flavour has lots of honey with some floral and earthy character, light caramel and toast. An unusual alt but a pleasant enough drink all the same. Can. Hazy deep golden huw with a lively white head. Toasty, with honey and abundant spicy yeast, fairly sweet. Not bad at all, but an odd take on the altbier style. teamrunkle (382) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - APR 23, 2016
Light Amber, lacing, decent head. Caramel. From a can. Heavy caramel. Slight haze. plaugher (491) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - APR 20, 2015
20oz on tap. Pours a deep amber with a creamy white head, dissipating to a light ring. Nose of honey, caramel, earthy notes. Touch of citrus. Moderate bitterness, Pretty pleasant offering from their usual milquetoast styles. baldric (16) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 28, 2013
Good beer. Pours straw yellow, and crystal clear. Hard to believe it’s "unfiltered". Perhaps... Anyway, it has a white billowy head that dissipates quickly. A teensy bit of lacing on the glass. There is a dominating flavour of a dank earthy piney hop. Reminds me of Polaris hops. Overall a good brew.

355 ml can. Chunky brew with creamy head and amber colour. Yeasty and floral honey aroma, cake dough like aroma and some earthy hops. Yeasty/creamy texture, has a lees aged like syrop flavour and has bitter finish. I find this enjoyable and much better than some of their other beers. mabel (9787) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 29, 2012
[4606-20120708] 500mL bottle. Light fruity straw aroma. Slightly hazy, light yellow orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Yeasty dried apricot fruit flavour is a little tart. Medium body. Strange. (6/3/6/3/11) 2.9

2012-07-08. Crisp golden body with a small white head, some small floaties. Flavour is malty up front, lemony tartness is either an interesting choice or perhaps a sign not it is not in its best shape? Its sort of refreshing. 6+ Grassy aroma with sort of lemony touches. 6+ Average bodied palate. Not unpleasant but not at all like any Alt beer I have ever had before. Bottle shared by Radek

Aroma fresh citrus hop note, golden malts, slight tartness, ,mild funk. 6+
Appearance golden with visible carbonation. Lighter white top. 3-
Flavor and Palate : sweet malts, gentle tartness, gentle hop side. This does not taste like Alt at all. Different and in its funky way refreshing. Slightly salty finish.
This one really worked for me. Good bitter presence, and nice dark fruit (like plums) backing as well. Good effort!
