I like this beer a lot, a full-bodied taste, nice copper color, good hops and carbonation. And the brewery-eatery is a favorite anytime. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - NOV 1, 2007
On tap at brewery. Pours a clear copper with thin creamy head and nice lacing. It has a light aroma of roasted malts and faint burnt wheat toast. The flavor is a mixture of semi sweet roasted malts, some malt astringency and faint nuttiness. Delirium (669) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - JAN 14, 2009
Draught at the brewpub. Not a lot to say about this; it’s a respectable amber, but doesn’t really stand out. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 28, 2009
On tap. Clear warm amber golden with a small off-white head. Lightly sweet caramellish nose. Medium body, sweetish burned caramel and a lightly bitter finish. 090709 JFGrind (2046) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 11, 2005
Sampled @ the brewpub 10.01. Nicely balanced Amber with adequate hops. Seabright had a few hoppy beers on draft so I thought best to start my session there with an Amber.

A decent amber. Pours a beautiful red color with a white head. Slight vanilla smell. Taste is decent. Buttery, slightly fruity start. There is a hoppy aftertaste. Had on tap at the brewery.

Tap. Pours crystal clear reddish amber, medium creamy off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is very light caramel and bread. Flavor is light sweet, caramel, cardboard, little bitterness. Not much going on. Medium body, creamy. slowrunner77 (12037) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 1, 2016
Standard Amber in every way - caramel toffee bread in decent balance with citrus and herbal hops. Light and sessionable. jazz88 (2679) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUN 19, 2005
Tap @ brewpub. An orange hue with an off-white head. Medium bodied with relatively light (i.e., missing) flavors. Unremarkable but not offensive for the style. SamGamgee (2452) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - MAR 28, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Clear red-amber with a beige head. Light dishwater yeast and light toasted malt aroma. The flavor has a definite dirty wet rag quality with indistinct hops and light malt. Prickly and light body. A definite let down, as all their other beers that I have tried have been solid. None of the flavors step out and make themselves known, except the undesirable ones. Sounds like it can be better, and I have to stop back in and try a future batch.
