Draught @ Brouwer’s Cafe:   Bright amber, thin to moderate foamy white head, spotty lacing.   Light hop nose, a very light eathy note, even softer pith.   Fairly nice soft citrus hop on the tongue, does pack a little of that earthy graininess that I would get on early organic beers.   Decent, but wished the malts weren’t so grainy.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Seems a bit chewy which is nice.   Moderate hop and pith on the finish.   Decent local Pale Ale.   Could do without the graininess tho.luttonm (6282) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 6, 2014
Draft at Brouwer’s in Seattle. Deep gold, not a ton of hops. Hearty amber malt, thick body. Some green hop. OK. bvc (1242) - Washington, USA - MAY 22, 2013
Draft at Burgundian and listed on the menu at 6.7%. Clean, clear bright golden with just a touch of copper tint and small white head. Touch of crackery malt but mostly blend, albeit light, of tropical and piney hop aroma. Nice mellow balance of fruity piney hop and doughy cracker malt flavor, light body and proper carbonation.
