It is a great idea to pair Cider with Gin, and this one really paid off. Definitely recommended.

The cider pours pale bright yellow with a head that disappears quickly. The aroma is pretty light, but has snappy apple. It has a light crisp body with a touch of carbonation. The flavor starts with dry apple, botanical spices and some astringency. The finish is very dry with lots of the gin aspect showing through. Pretty solid.

Well my first response was that this tastes exactly like angry orchard. Then I kept drinking it hoping I could taste the gin in it. But I couldnt. Its not bad, its a decent cider, but it doesnt really live up to its name...

Dont taste this as an insult, because it definitely is not. This tastes like angry Orchard. Im not getting a lot of the gin, or really any of the gin... Its just a very solid sweet cider. The apple Bitterness if balanced very well with the sweetness of the whole thing. Totally solid as a cider, probably one of the most solid ciders Ive had. But they promised me gin, and Im not getting any....

Intriguing. Has a lot of potential as a concept. The aroma heads in the right direction but it could have been more multidimensional and deeper. The flavor starts out sweet but had a sour acidity that his some nice notes until it strikes a lactic note or two. Light yellow. Good, not great, with some flaws that make me doubt the skills of the producer. Bottle in Chicago.

650ml bottle. Clear cider pour. ARoma is botanics and come tart cider. Flavor carries enough tart and bittersweet apple, citrus, spice.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a very hydrated pee with a white had that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a good amount of juniper with an underlying light bitter apple. Flavor combines juniper and light bitter apple well.

Damn good cider. I like how the herbal cuts through all the fruity apple taste you usually get from a cider.

Bomber. Pale white wine appearance with a few bubbles. Big lemon aroma, floral, lavender, light tart apple and a little black pepper. Taste is fairly sweet but the lemony tartness cuts through to leave a floral aftertaste. Light and watery. Interesting summery drink.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold-green with visible carbonation and no head. Nose is heavily perfumed -- the juniper and cucumber is at the forefront, but theres also a floral element I cant identify, along with aloe and talc. Astringent on the front of the tongue, with the citrus and juniper predominant; behind that theres green apple, menthol, cucumber, sage, and a clove-like anaesthetic note. Finish is long and paradoxically drying and mouth-watering. Really interesting; it is not something Id want to drink every night, but its a thought-provoking twist on both cider and gin.
