Average appearance cider. After reading the commercial description of it I can pick up the slightest hint of cinnamon and perhaps something of the raisins and of course apples. Flavor is somewhat Like Nose, I also pick up a hint of Oak, no maple, but it's all very low key. Generally I prefer flavors that are more subtle than overt except for in things like chili and IPA and and steaks and stuff like that. But in this case I think they went a little overboard. It's good cider but nothing to write home about.

Gold color. Aroma of tart apple and woodsy maple. Tannic, slightly tart apple flavor. A hint syrupy sweetness. A bit of oak and vanilla.

Aroma is apples, maple syrup and slight fruit. The flavor is apples, slightly nutty maple syrup and a tart/warming finish.

Golden. Sweet apple, light maple, some oak, ripe fruit. Medium bodied. The maple and oak rally softens the tart apple. Very enjoyable. Soft flavors throughout.

There beer pours crystal clear golden with a white head. The aroma has rich apples, clean maple, hints of oak, vanilla and caramel. It has a medium body with minor carbonation. The taste has the aroma notes, but more oak, light spice, underlying tartness and a rich smoothness that’s not usually with a cider that’s on the dry side. Really nice.

22oz Bottle Thanks Eric. Pours out a pale golden a small fizzy head. Nose is barrel vanilla maple apple sweetness. Taste is more of the oak maple sweetness apple and spice.

Draught at Hopscotch. Very round mouthfeel thanks to the nice maple edge, notes of raisin and pear tart, nice dry finish with a gentle oak edge. Surprisingly decent stuff, wish cider was more widely available.

Nsanders (1172) - St Paul, Minnesota, USA - MAY 28, 2016
Bomber. Pale yellow with fine carbonation. Dry and sweet apples, faint oak, slight white wine and hay aromas. Taste is moderately sweet, but checked by a tart dryness. Body is light and slightly clingy. Unfortunately not much discernible taste or aroma from the maple.

Bomber shared by Diceman. This thing is narsty. Yucky artificial sweet maple and oak. I don’t believe the flavors. Its rather unbearable and both of us really disliked it. And its not like the base Seattle cider is all that interesting.
