Draught. Nice cloudiness, orange-yellow with no head. Sweet citrus aroma. Little spice. Flavor is slightly tart citrus. Boring wit, too sweet and one-dimensional, though with a nice creaminess.

Sampler at the brewery. Pours a thin head overy a very cloudy, almost opaque, pale yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose light spice, coriander, allspice, citrus.....taste is loaded with spice, including coriander, bit of clove, bit of allspice, some lemon, orange.....mouth feel is light, carbonation the same. This is a fairly typical Witbier in nose and taste, but the cloudiness overwhelms the appearance. Tasting of 10/10/09.

Hazy, straw-lemon color, and low carbonation. A musty/earthy yeast aroma plus grapes and citrus. Flavor of oranges, grapes, and grain with some non-hop bitterness in the aftertaste suggesting citrus peels. Medium-body and wheaty mouth. Overall, the style was nicely adhered to.
