seymour (2107) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - JUL 4, 2017
Tasted on tap at their Railyard location. Crystal-clear straw colour with white foam, lasting with lace. Very subtle true-to-style balance. Grainy malt, noble-ish hops, soft mineral water mouthfeel, clean dry finish. Tasty and refreshing, very sessionable. Good stuff, probably the best of their current offerings at least.

scender (3) - - FEB 15, 2015 does not count
Draft @ Railyard Location. Not much to smell, but plenty to taste. Very clean and clear golden straw with moderate carbonation. Full bodied with a wheaty flavor profile and creamy texture. This lingers on your tongue without leaving a film coating.

Pale straw and hazy. Vague continental hop nose. Similar palate. Light fruit and some bubblegum. Hmmm...lots of QC issues on their German-style stuff lately.
