On tap @ Legacy Brewing. Orange pour with a white head. Super sweet aroma of caramel, sugar, and candied orange. White grape juice, too. Really vegetal hop aroma. Paper pulp and grass, too. Flavor is overly sweet. As with the nose, really caramel and sugar forward. Mealy apple, white grape, and a medley of overcooked cauliflower and broccoli. Legacy. Clear amber color with ivory head. Grainy, toast, herbal, earthy hop aromas. Medium body with average carbonation. Grainy, nutty, herbal, spicy caramel flavors----traditional
Tap @ brewery. Darker golden pour with a white head. Mild hop bitterness and pine in the aroma followed by sweeter malt. Taste is even hop bitterness with complimentary pine and a noticeable sweet malt backbone although it’s in balance with the bitterness. Clean mouthfeel. Straight forward and well made beer. want1DIPA (227) - - NOV 3, 2013
On draft at Legacy. Mild hop aroma with a mild hop taste; however this IPA has a wonderful sweet malty finish that sets it apart from regular IPA’s.
