really dark brown beer, with a beige head. smells malty, roasty, of coffee, chocolate, has a hint of puffed breakfast-cereals, bittersweetnes. aftertaste is bittersweet, of breakfastcereals, hops, roastyness, and a hint remembering me of liver-bred-spread( le parfait).

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is Roasted toffee, breadish and light liqourice note. Roasted breadish flavoured, light liqourice note. Good hops balance. Mild acidic touch into the finish, vague infection yet with a nice lingering breadish and liqourice flavoured.

Dark amber color; creamy head. Caramel and roasted malt aroma, not very strong; note of coffee. Typical Swiss Dunkel, with strong caramel and roasted character: good body strength, dryer in the front and sweeter at the end. Final characterized by the caramel, sweetish, with a background note of roasted barley.
