This beer was crisp, tart, and nicely flavored but rather thin. I liked it but wasn’t going to pay $4.50/pint for it.
Nice big pour at PreFunk in downtown Boise.. hazy golden.. fluffy white head... nice retention and lacing. Nose is a pretty decent Witbier with IMO too much residual maltiness... wheat is very resilient.. bitter orange and something that I associate with coriander is also present but not really too balanced and seems light. Flavor mirrors the palate.. thick grainy/bready with just enough bitterness to balance... traditional witbier spices might be used but could just be my imagination.. More clovey than coriander IMO. Thicker body... good carbonation... only okay. Prufrockstar (2259) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - DEC 6, 2013
Draft at SA. Pale gold clear (as best as I can tell under the dim lights). White head. Aroma of wheat, pepper. A hint of citrus. Taste: wheat cereal, light peppery finish. Light body, lively carbonation. Nice and easy.

On tap at Brick 29 in Nampa. Appeared to by a very light colored heff, with a hazy appearance. Very light body with a great taste, on the dry side which makes this a great summer beer. BuckeyeBoy (8860) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 22, 2013
Tap bier 30 pours out a hazy straw topped with a small white ring. Aroma of fruit, belg yeast, and some grass. Taste of fruit, yeast, lite bitterness, and some spice.

Light golden and very clear. Light white head. Good lacing.
Soft malt with light hop spice.
Crisp and very clean. Good balance with just the right amount of wheat and hops for balance. Orange and corriander are in their proper place; not over stated and not too far in the background.
Very light and dry with good carbonation and a dry clean finish.
An easy drinking summer beer. Nicely balanced with no off flavors. Very well crafte poisoneddwarf (2688) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - FEB 17, 2013
Growler fill from the brewery; blind witbier tasting at Brenn79’s. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white collapsing head. Aroma is a bit vomity, sad to say; also pretty grainy. Taste is a little sweet, grainy. Really sub-par. This was the worst witbier of our blind tasting, which also happened to include mass-produced things like Shock Top and Blue Moon. I was hoping for more from my local brewery. high_on_hops (809) - Burlingame, California, USA - AUG 15, 2012
Pours cloudy straw color with a white head and lacing and a faint citrus and bread aroma. A light flavor of yeast and light malt with a smoother, crisp finish.

Sampled on 7/21/2012 at the brewery tap room. A light, crisp wheat beer brewed with orange peel and coriander, but brewed using a regular yeast. A tasty treat on a hot summer day.
