A delicately flavored and unfiltered wheat beer brewed with malted and unmalted wheat. Orange blossom and sage honeys are added to the brew for a subtle aroma and flavor of honey. Also great with a wedge of lemon.

A light fruit aroma. This is not good. A pale lager flavor with some fruit and dirt. Not even refreshing.

Hazy pale golden pour with a white head. Bland aroma of wheat, bread, water, and some mild floral hops. A mild honey note and a hint of yeast. The flavor is just sort of sweet. Some bread, wheat, and honey notes. A very mild floral hop note, some yeast, and a bit of orange zest.

Tasted at the brewpub on 3/28/2011. This wheat ale pours a light hazy orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty an sweet, with a touch of clover honey. A medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and sweet, touch of grain. Some honey. The hops are floral. Nice carbonation. Touch of honey at the finish. Good balance. A very easy drinking wheat. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is s lightly sweet.

On draught. Tasted during trip to California. Very light yellow colour. Aroma of orange, wheat and maltness. Some speciel taste for a wheat beer of flower and citrus.. It’s ends up very lightful and some watery.

flutetokill (523) - Fresno, California, USA - NOV 16, 2003
Very pale, slightly hazy with a smal white head, light lace. Very strong perm solution aroma. Mildly sweet malty flavor, but overpowered by a chemical taste. Nice light bubbly palate.

On tap at the brewery: Extremely pale yellow, slightly hazy. The aroma was full of chemicals and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with a large chemical character. Very light, bubbly feel.
