Pours a clear copper color with a one finger head that quickly recedes to a small island of bubbles in the middle of the glass. Fairly weak aroma of grain, grass and caramel. Grain and caramel hit the tongue followed by the spice of noble hops. A nice grainy, dry finished that’s almost overtaken by the hops. The hops seem a bit on the high side of the style, but is appreciated. Very easy drinking and sessionable.
