Kita (2048) - Koper, SLOVENIA - FEB 12, 2013
Canned, 0.50l. Clear deep straw color with mid-sized frothy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of grainy malt, grass and faint hops. Taste of adjunct malts, cooked vegetables with papery notes. Mouthfeel is a bit metallic, aftertaste is mildly bitter. Light body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Easy to forget it...

Can, 500 ml, rated in Bogacs, Hungary.
Appearance: Pours pale golden, practically yellowish and quite clear body with gentle carbonation and initially quite huge head, head slowly decreases to small, is snowy white and foamy, practically no lacing left.
Aroma: Gentle scents of faint aromatic hoppyness, metalic and gently sour from corn adjunct, very weak, suggesting low gravity beer being watered down considerably.
Flavour: Weak, fizzy start with gently sour and gently grainy (corny and malty) front, mineral, accidic, salty, quite regular and pretty much the same as many other Hungarian Canned Pale Lagers of that sort, finish duration is short.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is neutral, quite flat, gently mineral, gently salty.

02/08 0.5 l can from Interspar in BTC, Ljubljana. I’m not completely sure, but I think mine had 3,5% of alcohol although looked just the same as on the label. Poured very pale yellow body with medium sized head that went down at medium pace. Sour lime rotten hops aroma. Flavor follows it as well, very thin bodied, feels like you drink spoilt flavored water! It became drinkable after few sips, but still it’s a damn strange beer. Finishes shortly with some sour, almost tasteless tone. Way too odd this one, different than any other pale lager I’ve tried, but don’t definitely like it.
