bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAY 13, 2016
Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger of gaseous foam. Nose has a touch of solvent on the front but is backed by some juicy peach, vinous acidity and a soft grain base. Palate follows the nose and the weirdness is fading. Some juicy peach funk on the front with a touch of aceto that puckers the finish up. Interesting peach sour but nothing to stock up on !

Bottle. Best before 04.15. 10 cl. sample. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/golden, with a white dishwash head. Sweetish aroma, with cooked vegetables and fruit. Tart, bordering sour flavour. Sweet, fruity and cooked vegetables. Dry, tart finish. Way too much carbonation. Overall the cooked vegetable notes ruins it, and otherwise it’s just boring. 01.05.15.

VBC 2015 unclear golden of color with a small white head. An aroma of malt, wood and fruit. A flavor of fruit, malt and spice. A pretty boring beer.
