2008 bottling 11.8 ABV Prickly box honey Clean, clear almond gold color. Bright and vibrant. Nose is clean and very. Dry. Oak, almond, dried apricot and slight oxidation due to the age. Hints of butterscotch but very dry. Taste is bone dry. Apricot, almond, butterscotch, and oak. Oxidation more evident in the taste. Very dry feel. Flavour are very short lived. Probably much better a few years ago. Shame as A good nose
