This is a farmhouse IPA on the lower side of the ABV spectrum for easy drinking. Made with Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops, this beer is a fruit bomb with the spicy character of a saison. It's an update edition of our award winning Farmhouse IPA. Listed as 5.7% at Cask Days, 5.1% in bottles.
[Cask at 'Cask Days 2017'] Pours a deep dark golden-orange with an average size long-lasting bubbly off-white head. Pleasant enough hoppy aroma, fruity and slightly sweet. Hoppy flavor's a touch more watery than I'd like, with a good amount of fruity and herbal hops and an average bitter finish. Just pretty good, a bit simple, doesn't do much for me.
