Can from Bruisin Ales. Pours golden with no head. Lovely Apple on the nose. Very dry in the tongue with a hint of wood. Finished clean. Very quaffable.

Can, pours a clear pale dull yellow with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose brings out crisp green apple skins and a nice fairly subtle farmhouse character. Flavour is very crisp, with a lovely potent crisp green apple skin character and a nicely integrated farmhouse character that makes this more interesting than the average dry cider. Very good.

Can -- Nice funky apple with some Cooked Apple. Clear gold. Light tartness and apple peel tannins with a very dry finish. Good amount of acidity.

355ml can. Cider pour, this is pretty dry actually, some tartness, apple skin, decent cider.

12 oz. can shared with Boo; from Old Town. Aroma: Moderate pear and vanilla with light floral and citrus accents; more like a semi-dry. Appearance: Yellow gold pour with a solid stream of carbonation and a scant white head. Flavor: Bright, gently acidic citrus/pear up front with some floral notes thereafter; the finish has a little vanilla. Palate: Light body, slick texture, average carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Pretty nice flagship-type cider, though Iím not sure Iíll buy this too often at $3 a pop.

Pours clear golden with fizzy bubbles. Nice rustic apples aromas, sparkling, sour green apples, apple skin astringency and a super dry finish. Clean and highly quenching dry cider.

It pours clear yellow with not much of a head. The aroma is dry with tart apple, caramel, apples skins, leaves and a smooth aspect to it all. It has a medium crisp body with with light sharp carbonation. The taste has the aroma notes with a woody aspect and then finishes with some apple smoothness. Another nice one here.
