Your typical bold-flavored and bitter American Black IPA with predominant resin and roasted barley and chocolate malt character. Full, chewy body, sweet, bitter and relatively low carbonation leave the mouth assaulted and fatigued as sweet dark cara malt goop and bitter vegetable hop oils linger. Deep brown body with a short head. From draft at the brewery in 2010. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 10, 2011
