750 mL bottle. Inky black. No head. Smells of coffee, peanut butter, and hints of green pepper. Tastes very sweet. Coffee. Less green pepper, but it's still there in the finish. Heft sweetness. Sweet chocolate. Big and boozy and not a lot of dynamism to back it up. Not worth drinking. koleminer20 (4383) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - MAR 4, 2018
750 mL bottle at the brewery with ebone1988. The pour is a dark black blue with a thick light khaki colored head and a fair bit of lace as it falls to a collar and film. The aroma is solid. There is a bit of green pepper up front that leads into the chocolate and roasted malt. The coffee is big and maintains a lot of the complexity, but I don’t care for the green pepper. The flavor is similar. Much less green pepper with a nice chocolate and a heavy mocha that opens up after that. The malts are pretty big and there is a growing bitter alcohol on the finish. The mouth feel is medium bodied and softly carbonated with a lingeringly bitter roasted malt and scorched coffee bean. Not bad, but not great. Solid. 8 4 8 4 16 ebone1988 (2343) - Dearborn, Michigan, USA - MAR 4, 2018

Bottle from Matt on Christmas Day. Holy smokes soo smooth and rich and complex. Thick and viscous and melty dark chocolate. Coffee wafting across the room. Big bittersweet coffee aromas. Decent cocoa texture and flavors.
