Cask (handpump I think) at GBBF, day 5 on 5 August 2006. Bright golden colour. A little hop in the aroma - more earthy than fragrant. A rather undistinguished session bitter. Not much depth. Drinkable but entirely forgettable.
An unusual fresh and fine bitter. Very session able. jmgreenuk (10386) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - JUN 23, 2017
Clear nutty color. Thin white layer on top. Mild intensity in the aroma. Medium light body and a mellow carbonation level. Decent bitterness. Caramel malt, fruity and herbal flavor.
[Handpull at The Old Bell Tavern - Fleet Street in London, England]
Cask at the Field House, Solihull. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery, cardboard malt, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Draught (Lord Aberconway, London)AshtonMcCobb (7047) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 5, 2016
Sweet malty aroma, fruity. Some cornish water in the taste. Sweet malts, gentle twiggy bitterness. Finish has English hops, a little bit earthy and very twiggy. Decent enough brew.
On cask at the Haymarket.
Appearance - golden with a decent head.
Nose - slight resin but mostly pale malt.
Taste - light grassy, lemon pale malt.
Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - my score is probably slightly forgiving as it’s the first beer of the day. allmyvinyl (11208) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 5, 2016

hotel, boscastle, cornwall. Golden beer with medium head and good lacing. Aroma of malts, a little honey and a touch of lemon. Taste is malts, lemon, honey and a touch of spice. Decent.
Deep delicious malty aroma. Quite deep tasting and without any syrupy feeling or any funny aftertaste.

A dark, whiskey-honey colored beer with a firm, slightly brown layer of foam. It has a somewhat sweet aroma, but very much on the background. It taste a bit apple-sour, but furthermore a bit watery. A somewhat slightly bitter aftertaste, but doesn’t last long.
