Lovely, sweet, simple tasting. Deep and crisp flavour that rolls off the tongue and begs you to have another bottle.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Nice toffee notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. shuvar (126) - Poznań, POLAND - JUN 6, 2017
Butelka. Bursztynowe, klarowne z szybko opadającą, rachityczną pianą. Aromat karmelowo-chlebowy. W smaku najpierw chlebowo, z finiszem karmelowo-chmielowym, takim kojarzącym się z suchą trawą i sianem. Goryczka zaznaczona zauważalnie, ale nieprzyjemna. Nawet bittery są lepsze i gorsze. Ten jest gorszy. chocolatepoppa (5) - Bath, Somerset, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2017 does not count
Very clear amber colouration, leaving minimal head and a light aroma of toasted malt. Taste also contains hints of toasted malt and caramel, with subtle hops and medium sweetness. A very nice, easy drink, due to its watery texture and sweet taste. Drink up, one love rodbod (356) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - APR 18, 2017
Nut brown and crystal clear, with a short lived head. Almost no aroma, just a generic trad beer smell. Taste is pretty decent, nicely malty. Palate is rather sweet and a wee bit sticky. Nae bad.

500ml bottle. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toasted malt, hops. Taste is caramel, light bitterness. Enjoyed this more than the cask version. Towey1989 (2697) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 19, 2017
Bottle. Pours a clear amber colour with a thin off white head. Aroma of caramel, slight bready malts, a little plum, a hint of toffee, some fruits and subtle spicy hops. Taste of caramel, some bready malts, slight fruit and subtle spicy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A soft, dryish, spicy hop bitterness in the finish. A typical malty bitter. Slightly better on cask but decent for a bottled bitter. thejackpacker (417) - East Sussex, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2017
Bottle at home (one of MANY). Doombar is a special beer for me, the beer of hours of conversation with my best buddies. It is supremely drinkable, very light caramel, watery (which helps it go the distance). In a bottle, it is different from cask, can be served very cold, looks beautiful and is way more refreshing. john44 (3048) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2017
Bottle. Amber in colour. Fruity; apple, citrus orange. Malty; caramel, sweet toasty malts. Hoppy; mildly spicy hops. Sweet fruity malty throughout; no bitterness. Fairly bland. Easy drinking. (2015-06-17)
