An outstanding bottled beer although also excellent in cask when you can get it. This is the official beer of the Eden Project and it appears that Sharp’s had to pass a very stringent environmental audit. Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2005
Bottled. Amber coloured. Slightly fruity and skunky aroma and flavour. Very light and quite thin. kook (2033) - Perth, Western Australia, AUSTRALIA - FEB 6, 2005
Copper with a beige head. Sweetish mild bitter flavour. Lacks aroma, just a bit fruity. Medium bodied. Ok. Joeh (2049) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2005
Cask at the Wenlock Arms, not too far from Old Street station, London.. With Chris_o, joet, Duff & Kook. Browny/copper. Aroma is weak fruit. Flavour is light malt with a touch of sweetness and a hint of acidity. Boring but drinkable. fiulijn (20491) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 2, 2005
Amber color. Simple aroma with some malt and honey, but a more interesting flavor, with some good malt and a better aromatic hopping, that leads to a pleasant final.

Cloudy looking bitter with a lightly dry aroma and a nice very dry flavour. Overall quite a reasonable dry beer. johndoughty (5438) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 30, 2004
Named after the wonderful Eden Project in Cornwall. Quite hoppy and light. A refreshing bitter. DanielBrown (4502) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 23, 2004
Bottle from Pete’s holiday in Cornwall. Golden/sand colour, topped with some loose froth. Brassy, with some fruit to start and at the end. Clean, bitter hop finish. Nice, fresh stuff. JonMoore (2067) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 23, 2004
Bottle from the Eden Project. Red/brown colour with a large tan head. Very drinkable, malty and hoppy with a bitter finish. The best Sharp’s beer I’ve tried. shrubber85 (11390) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - AUG 6, 2004
UPDATED: MAR 27, 2008 Bottle - Sweet berry and malt aroma. Reddish brown color with light tan head. Moderate hop bitterness with a slightly sweet raspberry flavor. A nice beer. Cask just as nice.
