Pours copper with a small to medium white head. Aroma is citrus, floral and some caramel. More hops then malt. Taste is bittersweet with some acidic tartness on first sip. Medium bodied, refreshing and a good all around IPA. MayorOfSudz (74) - Massachusetts, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Good hop notes, although not overly citrusy. A bit of a malty, dry ending, but not very bitter. Well balanced. 6%

At first wasn’t to thrilled or shocked. As it got warmer it got more pleasant. Realized it was a English style IPA and gained much more appreciation. It is pretty good. Well balanced. Low rating due to original reaction. Should b a 3- 3.25 star beer berkshirejohn (6770) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2014
12 oz bottle from Georgio’s Liquors, Billerica, MA. An amber pour with a creamy head; caramel aroma; in the mouth the hops are to the fore, giving lots of green wood and bitter grapefruit over a rich caramel malt body; there’s lingering grapefruit on the finish. Good stuff. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 26, 2014
2oz sample at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Pours a hazy orange color with a small head of foam. Aroma of light citrus, and caramel malt. Taste of old citrus fruit, sour lemon, and sweet caramel malt.

Pours a copper color with a thin white foam head. Aroma of caramel malt with some muted grapefruit. Sweet resiny taste with hop spice and caramel. The hop spice and grapefruit taste is off a pinch. Not in harmony making it an average IPA. halfonit (1412) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 31, 2013
On tap at Battleship. This one pours a light hazy orange in color with a white head. Aroma is of light citrus and pine, with some caramel malts in the background. Flavor is of hops, citrus, malts and pine. Leaves a hoppy and malt finish. This is your typical American IPA. TBone (18560) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 19, 2013

Slightly hazy amber color, steady small off-white head, some lace. Medium-bdoied. Citrusy hoppy flavor, grapefruity, some fruity backing maltyness. Fresh and easy going.
Bottle at home. Pours brilliantly clear copper with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is pine, resin, and citrus hops with biscuit and straw malt, apple and pear esters . Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness, very piney, light fruity esters, supporting malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. Nickytoethumbs (12) - - OCT 30, 2013
Surprisingly a pretty good beer. The palate is rich, but the flavor doesn't linger. Hints of brown ale in it. Overall, I enjoy it. Would have again.
