On tap BCTC. Hazy orange in color with a little white head. Fruity earthy aroma. Orange peel and white pepper notes. Fruity and yeasty flavor. Citrusy. Dry tasting. Peppery notes. Tart and very nice. Medium bodied. Finish is lots of brett. Very drinkable. notalush (5909) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUL 19, 2006
BCTC - one of the few beers made with brett at the event (and there were many) that actually had brett character to it - peppery/spicy and quite earthy aroma - quite herbal, but not really what I would call spicy - dry, nearly tannic, as the tart brett qualities make the mouth pucker just a bit - well done. egajdzis (6692) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 18, 2006
UPDATED: JUL 4, 2007 [BCTC 06] Poured a hazy, orange amber color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of orange peel, citrus fruits, earthy, barnyard yeast, and black pepper. Taste was dry, some yeast, more citrus fruits, light pepper, and a bit of alcohol with a dry, tart, bretty finish.
