I had this at Global Brew. Pours copper with a off white head. Taste malt, Carmel. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.

On cask at the Edward Wiley in Glasgow. Pours a dark amber colour with a thin beige head. Hoppy aroma of pine, passion fruit and pineapple. Similar flavours with a nice caramel and barley backbone. US style ale. An oily mouth-feel with mild bitterness and a dry linger. Very nice. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - SEP 21, 2011
Cask Conditioned Handpump Figure Of Eight Birmingham. A chestnut coloured beer with a good tight white head. The aroma has jammy fruits, hops and toast. Good hops with berry fruits in the mouth. A long finish with more toast. Pretty decent. bobinlondon (1297) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2011
Hand pulled cask at the Moon & Sixpence (JDW) Hatch End. Amber/red with a healthy beige head in the peak of condition. Dry with understated malts and late cascade hopping coming thorough after a while. A slight metallic twang lets this beer down. It grew on me after a few pints but I would say that it tastes considerably more English than the pump clip suggests. Hopefully the forthcoming Spoons American themed festival will throw up some more adventurous efforts. cgarvieuk (25984) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 22, 2011
cask at walter scott ed airport airside ... brown... thin tan head ... soft woody toffee malt nose ... bitter woody chocolate front ... long malt ... light chocolate linger ... ok

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Chestnut with full head. Smooth nutty, roasty malts leading to a slightly metallic, hoppy note. Earthy rather than American in character, more British I reckon. A pretty decent offering. berkshirejohn (6651) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 29, 2011
Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Golden amber with a loose off-white head; aroma of American hops; rather thinly bodied, tasting of caramel malts and fresh hops with some resin; then some gentle peppery hops leading to a malty finish. Rather underwhelming. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - JUN 15, 2012
Draft. Amber. Copper color, clear, light head. Light body mild taste light. Easy to drink.

"there’s a quick sweetness to it up front, but that quickly fades and is overpowered by the hops. I’d like it to last just a bit longer, but this is a pretty good beer anyway."
