Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, straw and hops. Semi bitter finish.

abstractbeer (242) - NORWAY - MAR 6, 2011
Bottle from Swedish grocery store. Pours a deep golden orange/brown, practically no head. Taste is very bitter, to me it’s waaaaay too much, so much it reminds me of throwing up. Aroma is malt and some herbish notes. Body is almost like water. I’m not a fan of bitters to begin with, but to me this is undrinkable. It might be an ok bitter for all I know, but my glass goes down the drain!

manuchampions (1244) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 4, 2011
Old rate. 500ml bottle from LCBO. Red copperish colour, big foamy white head. Malty and fruity, bitterish aroma. Fruit tinged hoppy flavour with malt hints. Hops gets strong in finish. Dry mouthfeel. Hay, malty aftertaste. Uninspired.

Muldul (5) - West Sussex, ENGLAND - JAN 16, 2011 does not count
Medium viscosity. Amber colour, with a white head. Nutty roasted flavour with something else i can’t put my finger on. Nice for once in a while, get boring if drunk too often.

abemorsten (3650) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - DEC 14, 2010
Bottle at Cardinal. Clear amber with a small creamy white head that lasts. Fair lacing. Tobacco dominates the aroma, both in nose and mouts, but there are other malty notes lurking. Hops are all used for bitterness it seems and there are also sweet flavors there with a toasted tobacco linked character. Medium bodied and vaguely syrupy.

lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 27, 2010
Pours a clear red/brown colour with a very lacy white head. Malty on the nose with an aroma of a wet wool sock. Flavour of slightly toasted malts, nuts and caramel. Hoppy finish which is pretty nice for a 3,5% abv brew. Medium bodied. Pleasant bitter.

progressive (74) - Vantaa, FINLAND - JUL 17, 2010
This is bitter, caramel and roasty... the roastyness isn’t very welcome, doesn’t taste so nice, but anyway this is comfortable. [Bottle]

rosenbergh (11682) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 20, 2010
500 ml bottle. Malmö, Sweden.
Copper colour with small to average creamy white head. Skunky hoppy dark bitter aroma with caramel. Strong dark hoppy flavour with some bitterness. Slightly watery but pretty good.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. Boring but nice looking.
