Sampled cask conditioned at Oliver Twist, Stockholm.
Dark amber. Aroma of melon and cucumber left in the fridge for weeks. Medium sweet with estery, tea-like hoppiness and light, sparkling mouthfeel. Notes of strawberry jelly as well. Watery finish with low bitterness. An odd bird.

Deep blond color, frothy head. The aroma is a bit soapy, and the flavor light and breadish. Too simple.

Taste comprises caramel, bread dough, light hop presence, biscuit, touch of sugar. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, some bitterness in the finish. Average - safe bitter ... yawwwwn!

harrisoni (18819) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 30, 2005
UPDATED: MAR 18, 2006 Cask at Sun Inn Faversham, Kent. One of Sheps better seasonal beers. Good lemon citrus hop nose and a refreshing citric flavour with flowery hops. Still the usual Sheps slight yeast taste, but still pretty good
