Love this "folköl". The best 3.5 %-beer you can buy in Sweden. Which is necessary unless you wanna visit Systembolaget.

A bitter mawing as it should be, rich and spicy flavour, hoppy aftertaste with a hint of liquour.

NallePalle (708) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JUN 19, 2014
A pleasant bitter, interesting aroma and a prominent taste. Quite at the thin side of texture. Finish is allright.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2015 A very bitter and quite heavy beer. Good maltness in the flavor. Still it’s quite easy to drink.

330ml Bottle - Copper coloured. Fruity and malty aroma with hints of caramel and dried fruit. Fruity, malty and slightly nutty taste with notes of raisins and caramel.

gyllenbock (9878) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 5, 2013
Bottle from ICA Viksjö. Copper with a creamy white head. Aroma and taste of malt, tea, some light "perfume", nuts and fruit. Rather tasty for being a 3,5% beer.

Fruity sweet aroma, actually a bit reminescent of grilled marshmallows. Clear orange, white head. Sweet caramelly taste with a balancing bitterness, could have been more bitter though. Low to average carbonation, light body. A bit too caramelly otherwise nice

More a gorgeous bottle of English style! With an amber copper to pour into the cup features a dense foam, high and beige. A beer apparent carbonation. In arome note is beautiful doses of hops and malt in a slightly sweet background. As for taste follows the aroma of line with a more apparent hop as a whole being well herbaceous and very slight citrus taste. Together we can appreciate especially the malt with notes of caramel. Call it means spicy in the mouth with its high carbonation. The end of this bitter English is balanced, balancing your bitterness with sweetness, resulting in a slight dryness on the palate. The bitter aftertaste shown and long duration, but high intensity does not become smooth. A high drinkability that matches the Summer Rio de Janeiro!
