Bottle. Deep amber colour with a creamy small white head. Scents of toffee and some malty sweetness. The taste becomes dry and hoppy bitter. Medium carbonated. It has some citric tones.

50 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a slowly diminishing and creamy white head. Light spiced and malt aroma. Flavour is slight breadish with a minor spice note but also a light metallic note. Ends with dry breadish and towards bitter finish.

I tried it on a bottle. It has a nice amber color, and a good head. It has a lightly fruity aroma. The flavor is fresh at first with some hops bitterness but it ends of with a metallic note - which I don't like. I can't recomend this beer.

Bottle. Clear orange coloured with a white head. Sweet aroma of malts, caramel and fruits. Sweet flavour of malts, caramel, fruits and hops. Hooppy finish.

Goldencoloured, and about 1cm white head, head disappears quickly, but a 1-2mm head is there until the end. Smells like hops and a bit of citrus. Soft and smooth taste of mango(?) fruit, as well as some wood (oak or alder). Wellbalanced, this was my favourite beer for a long time in my early beer drinking days.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2011 Bottle. Clear golden brown with chunkies. Aroma of freshly baked biscuits. Taste is malty. Body is medium. Not bad.

A rubycoloured ale, with a fruity maly nose, and a drying bitter fruity flavour

omhper (25565) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 9, 2007
Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear amber, minimal head. Sweet with some resiny hops. The mouthfeel is clean but somewaht raw. Simplistic and rather industrial with coarse bitterish finish. No depth. Decent, at best.

Clear brown beer. Small white head. Dry malt and some watery apologetic hop. Unexpectedly dry finish. Indifferent and bland.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 23, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful light brown with a handsome, lightly creamy head. Very hoppy aroma and malty with a distinct dry bitterness.
What was that marketing slogan that offended German tourists in the UK? Does anybody remember? 290301
