Vintage bottle, consumed at GBBF, day 5 on 5 August 2006. Has held up surprisingly well. Reasonably lively pour. Very dark brown colour. A little woody but there is some burnt malt character left. Creamy mouthfeel. Not exactly great but still drinkable.

GBBF - Bottle. Soft and with a yeasty, wheaty quality. Like Cain’s Creamy Stout, but with more character. Drinkable.
