500ml bottle from Beer Ritz. Orangey pink colour, no lasting head and aroma of elderflower, berry. Taste is sweet, elderflowers, fruity blackberry, with light drying tannins. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry slightly tart sweetish berry finish. OK.

Aroma - clue is in the ingredients - elderflower Head - it’s cider, there shouldn’t be one Taste - the elderflower overpowers the delicate flavours of blackberrry Overall not bad, other reviews mention blackberry, there is no blackberry in this cider so don’t expect it, on the other hand it does say black currant and it doesn’t come through enough for me. Not a favourite for me but certainly not the worst cider I’ve tried.

500ml bottle from Sheppys Cider Farm, shared with Soph in Cornwall. Pours clear pink with floral berry aroma. Taste is particularly fruity with good elderflower presence and nice berry fruitiness. A touch too sweet for me tho.

Tap at JDW, cider festival. Pours a clean red color with no head. Aroma is fruity with blackberries and lots of elderflower spiciness. Taste is sweet and lightly acidic with apple juice, blackberries, black pepper and elderflower. Light bodied, flat. Overall, not overly sweet and actually very nice flavours
