(Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a rough, white head that dissipates in no time. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with dry apple notes and some acidity. The honey isn’t very distinct but I believe it adds a certain smoothness to the mouthfeel. Fairly high in carbonation with a dry finish. Very drinkable. 190208 fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 29, 2006
Blond color. Nice aroma of ripe apples and vanilla. Dry mouthfeel, woody, ripe apples. Complex end. Refreshing. harrisoni (18436) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 12, 2006
500ml bottle from Sainsbury. Crystal clear gold colour with no head. Does smell of apple and honey. Then again I like honey, but I’m not sure it works here. Apple juice aroma before sweet honey takes over. OK in mouth. Sweetish toffee honey apple on end. Dry eventually on finish. Bit too honey dominated for me. bierkoning (13297) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUL 28, 2008
Bottle. pale blonde. Oak, honey and apple in the aroma. Swetish apple flavor with persisting notes of oak, especially in the aftertaste. Honey. A considerable dry out effect. Sawdust. Thirst quenching, not too sweet and even some complexity. leaparsons (10504) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2005
Bottle. Golden, quite still. Aromas are apple juice with a fair amount of zest, has a mellow honey aroma rather than excessive sweetness. Flavours are apple with some woodiness. Dry, without the honey of the aroma. A decent cider.

Bottle picked up from Sainsburys Kidlington. Aroma of apples and faint traces of honey, colour is golden taste is crisp and very appley but well smoothed out by the addition of the honey. Thought that this was going to be a little sweeter than it was but actually was on the dry side, a very reasonable cider indeed. downender (8584) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - APR 3, 2009
Bottle bought at Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Lively pour, golden colour and moderate carbonation. Tart aroma of apples with some honeyed sweetness. Flavour was dry, with plenty of apples, woodiness, and yeast, smoothed by the honey, finishing with some more tartness. The honey gave this a bit more character. Good. Nose of ripe apples and nutmeg. Taste is similar with a little honey and some ripe apple notes, dryer than expected on the finish. hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 13, 2008
Pale gold. Sweet aroma with a promising tart background. Taste has a little sourness and even the beginning of a back of the throat dryness. Mainly, though, it’s a not unpleasant if slightly thin sweetness. I’m not sure I’d have identified it as honey. rauchbier (3882) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2004
Bottle, from Sainsbury’s. Gold, no head and virtualy flat. Typical apple juice aroma initially but with a pleasantly floral sweet honey note developing with time and almost dominating the apples. Thin and citric in the mouth but again the honey and apples are equally prominent, quite oily towards the back of the mouth and with a quite harsh aftertaste from the honey.
