[ As Sheppys Oakwood Medium Cider ].
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, ripe apples, light wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apples, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
Of recent times iv started drinking a bit of cider just to have something different, and i have to say this is not bad stuff, the still ciders seem to be popping up at the moment in scotland and they are worth a bash. GarethYoung (1111) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - MAY 11, 2005
