COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 50 litre keg, 500ml and 330ml bottle.
A medium cider made with a blend of apple varieties.

A careful blend of traditional Somerset cider apples and dessert apples. This produces a light, slightly sharp refreshing cider. Pale coloured, medium taste with a light sparkle. An ideal cider for both the home-drinker and for the pub trade. This cider has been fermented and matured in oak.

Bottle, 500ml. *** Colour: Pale yellow golden, clear, no head. *** Nose: Green apples, some vinegar, some lemon. *** Mouthfeel: Medium body, hardly watery at all. Low carbonation. *** Taste: Medium dry, apple peel, some vinegar, lemon and faint oak at the start. More pronounced oak in the middle, apple peel, still lemon. Oaky and lemony finish, more lemon to come in the medium-long aftertaste. Some faint apples at the very end of that. *** Impressions: Another decent, refreshing (due to persistent lemon) cider, a bit short on actual apple taste. Oak gives it a bit more depth. Solid effort.

Sidra tradicional británica. Aromas a vainilla, manzana asada y ligeros ahumados. Color amarillo intenso. En boca amargo dulce, con astringencia típica del uso de variedades amargas con taninos. Nada de acidez y carbónico medio. Uno de los mejores referentes de sidra de Somerset.
