Ungstrup (38242) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 27, 2016
Bottled. A golden cider. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of apples, wood, and a bit of vinegar, leading to a tart finish.

500ml bottle, 6%, BB July 2017. Clear yellow, lightly sparkling, small bubbly white head. Aroma is musty sweet apple tart. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is sweet apples, elderflower, a background cupboard mustiness. Sweet and appley. Solid cider.

500ml bottle from Sheppy’s Cider Farm. Shared with Soph at home. Pours clear gold, sparkling with a fruity cider barn aroma. Comforting cider apple taste with a mild medium character, bright and moderately fruity with lightly roughened bark on the finish. Could definitely have an evening of this.
