vintage 2011 Bottle (from barley wine), enjoyed while watching the OL opening show..clear yellow, no head. very nice tart and sour apple aroma, faint wood, very good cider aroma.flavor is apple, some faint fruitpeely bitterness, some dryness that can be felt on the teeth, High alc. adds a sort of bitterness to it , ABV might be a little too high. aroma is better than taste, but still a fine strong cider.

Color dorado, translúcido, sin espuma. Carbonatación suave. Textura acuosa. Aroma a manzana, madera, acidez. Sabor a manzana, dulce de entrada, con madera presente y final bastante seco y algo alcohólico.

Bottle at Full Monty. Dusty, dry nose, apples, tannins, light acid. Dry, though nothing like the Kingston Black, with enough sharpness and light apple sweetness to make it very enjoyable.
