Tap at Keyaki 2017 Spring. This was a collaboration, and 20% of the beer was aged in a sake cask. Huge tropical fruit nose, pine, grapefruit, a bit of sake. Looks like shit. Muddy. Flavor of grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit, smooth malts, some sake coming through. Interesting new take on the NE IPA.
