Bouquet: Light bright yeast. Creamy-sweet like apple blossom honey or mead.
Sip: Creamy sweet yeasts explode and fade into a light citrus and vanilla. Hot grass and tart fruit round out the finish.
Mouthfeel: Buttery, creamy. Light bodied, soft yet plentiful carbonation.
Pairings: Great for Seafood and fish. I immediately thought of soft-shelled crab, crawfish, oysters, and clams. I had a poached salmon with a mango glaze that would pair nicely with this.

Cloudy gold, creamy short-lived head. Tangy, yeasty aromas. Beautifully smooth and buttery, very subtle hints of coriander and banana. Delicious!

Can at 5.5%. Poured into a tall weizen glass it has a slightly hazy pale gold colour with two fingers tightly-packed bubble foam. Wheaty aroma, mild fruity esters. Light banana and wheat flavour, gentle spice, none of the bubblegum that often comes with local weizens, a light musty lager note in both aroma and flavour. Hazy orange color, small white head, Aroma has overriped banana. Medium-bodied. Lots of banana in the flavor, a bit yeasty. Quite straightforward hefeweizen taste. Could be more complex.

Cloudy orange color, small white head. Sweet, spicy, phenolic scent, also Belgian yeast. Phenolic, spicy, clove, hints of Belgian yeast taste. Phenolic aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium to the harsh side bitterness.
