Pours a finger and half of head on a dark brown body.
Aroma is roasted malt, mild coffee and wood.
Taste has a nice coffee flavor throughout, malty. Nice.
Texture is softer.
Quite enjoyable. swanmann (764) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - MAY 26, 2017
I’m not sure if mine was too old, or too cold. Not much head, not much aroma, not much flavor, thin. Meh. onceblind (9399) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 16, 2017
Clear deep amber with a thinnoff white foamy top. Nice mellow malty nose that’s amberish and lightly roasty with a nice cool cold-brew tone. Smooth semisweet amberish flavor with light cold brew flavors, particularly toward the finish. A little basic, a little lighter than it needs to be but it’s tasty. drjay44 (3676) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAY 10, 2017
24 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, rapidly collapsing beige head, with minimal lacing, over a clear brown (SRM 20) body.......nose is light coffee, mild roasted malts, with toast, cracker, mild dried fruit tones, no hops......taste is mild coffee, light roasted malts, dry throughout, finishing with light hop bitterness, no esters, balance to the coffee and malts......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a pleasant, easy drinking but quite light and simple beer. It misses the stated style of Porter with the mild malt body, but could have been called a Spice/Herb/Vegetable, if the base were a Dark Lager. 12 oz. bottle. Pours a dark amber with a tight, white, foamy head that dissipates slowly. Aromas of yeast, chocolate, and a slight hint of lemon. Taste is mildly sweet with watered-down flavors of chocolate, coffee, and caramel. Body is medium and on the watery side. Texture is thin with average carbonation. Finish is on the astringent side and has a bit of a "metallic tang" to it. Overall, I found the watery flavor and body to be underwhelming.

Bottle. Clear dark brown with mahogany highlights. Small tan head.
Light sweet aroma of roast malt and cocoa powder.
The flavor is Porter that was watered down with cafe mocha.
Not bad just thin bodied and thin flavored. Bill Becker (1005) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - MAY 2, 2017
Pours reddish brown, healthy finger of tannish foam.
Good smell of roasted coffee with some chocolate that seems to be on the sweet side.
Coffee and chocolate dominate the taste. Bitter sweet overall. I like it. tfontana (950) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - APR 27, 2017
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Andover Liquors. Appearance is clear dark ruby red with minimal sparkle, no head and no lacing. Aroma is dark-roasted coffee. Taste is bittersweet roasted coffee. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, tastes like sweetened ice coffee. Tasty but much more coffee than ale. DrnkMcDermott (3096) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - APR 27, 2017
Bottle sent by Shiner for review: The pour is brown like a lighter porter that makes up its base. A foamy head fizzes away like a soda, leaving a slight trail of foam. Smell has some lightly-roasted coffee ahead of some similarly roasty malt. There’s a bit of chocolate in the aftertaste at the finish. Coffee is a good match with a porter or stout. With dark malt adding to the coffee’s taste, you do run the risk of being kept up the night after some coffee beers, and that kind of happened to me, too. So let that be a lesson about pacing myself. dlihcsnatas (738) - Temple, Texas, USA - APR 22, 2017
Looks like a cup of coffee with a small tan head. Smell is coffee and roasted malt. The taste is like a week coffee and a week porter. Very thin watery body. Have never tried Chameleon Cold-Brew so not sure if this is what they was going for or not but I am not all that impressed with it. I need strong coffee to get my day going.
