12fl oz bottle poured into a scotch glass (I’m at a hotel and it’s all I could find). Slight amber hue, mostly brown with a fair amount of lingering creamy tan head. Aroma is a bit yeasty, with some metallic notes, kind of a dishwater quality to it. Flavor is slight sweet malt. Finish is the same with some metal. Very thin bodied, watery. Tolerable but not great.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2017 This is a real beer with a bold taste with no after taste. Doesn’t get any better than this.

Pours a ruby red with almost zero head. Zero aroma. Very aqueous. Little flavor.

This beer is ok. It's a solid beer to drink a lot of, which I don't like doing very much because I prefer to enjoy my beers. If you really want to enjoy a single beer, drink something else.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear amber brown, small foamy off-white head, dissipating quickly, minimal lacing; aroma roasted malts, caramal, candy sugar; taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, roasty, caramel; sweetbitter aftertaste, burnt caramel, earthy notes; medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation; overall not bad but I wouldn't call it a bock.

nice flavor and look, but very very short. its like you sip it and all the taste is gone in a split second. not quite worth the price tag

Idiosynkrasie (8041) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 11, 2017
355ml bottle. Clear, mahogany colour with average, foamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grainy, bready, toasty malty aroma, a touch of caramel, malt lozenge, earthy, leafy hoppy overtones with a touch of silage. Taste is slightly sweet, toasty and caramel malty, a touch of malt lozenge, grassy, leafy, minimally bitter hoppy overtones; slightly watery.

Texas brew to the T. If your expecting your pinky in the air drinking crafty, fruity beer. No Shiner "Bock" (Buck in German) is not for you and will likely rate low to you. This is Texas everyday drinking dark lager beer. Perfect ice cold in the summer, or on a tailgate after a deer hunt in the fall. Medium dark lager with a perfect amount of a barley roast.

Not a bad beer very clean taste and also a great finish, but it is lacking in flavor. malt and hops are subtle. Mostly sweet. It is sessionable. Laid back chill out beer.
