COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with juicy, ripe Hill Country peaches and a mix of 2-row and wheat malts, this small batch brew is our new take on a wheat ale, but it’s only here for a season - get it while the pickin’s good.

Pours a peach color (I know). Two fingers ivory colored head, two fingers or more. Good carbonation. Somewhat hazy. Unfortunately, the odd color looks artificial.

Aroma is big peach. Nectarine. Light wheat.

Taste is lightly bitter. Sort of like biting into the pit of a peach, that’s not what I was expecting. Light wheat.

Mouthfeel is light medium bodied. Lightly bitter and quite dry. Lightly papery.

Overall it’s not too bad. While the beer itself is not particularly good, they nailed the peach eating experience. Imagine eating the red stuff around the pit of a peach, and that’s pretty much what this is. It’s interesting, and it’s worth a repeat. I would recommend it and buy it again,

Taste: Crisp, dry, bold peach notes that are not sweet but more fresh tart/sour with wheat in the background. Big peach stone fruit, slight malt nose. Golden peach hue, hazy, thin head and lace. Medium body.

Bottle from Lee's Liquor in Las Vegas on 12 October 2017. Nice beer and very easy to drink. Light in the mouth with a hint of peach throughout. A bit pale looking but that didn't detract from the beer at all.

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2017 Bottle. Hazy light orange color. White head. Aroma is big fruit. Peach, apricot, fuzzy. Flavor is peachy but also quite dry. Bitterness on the finish that lingers. Seems a bit in the artificial side.

Draft at Salud. Hazy to cloudy yellow color. Peach skin aroma. Taste is lightly earthy peach. Works for me.

Tangy sweet peach and apricot body with a bit of straw and a refreshing finish.

Pours a dull gold, elusive ivory colored head. Nose is peachy, don’t really get that Fredericksburg peach twist, more like peach candy... Sweet, spicy and inviting though....think peach zest. Nice light-med bodied feel, more stone fruit, light malts. I really wanted to hate this beer but I didn’t.

12 ounce bottle served in a Tumbler, poured it a trans parent orange with brown hue. medium carbonation aroma of hard water old wheat. Hit’s the mouth with a light body wheat tastes like it’s about two years old very artificial flavoring of peaches and apricot. First time I used dictation, that’ll work.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2017 A Monday and a beer. The title is accurate as you do taste the peach. A good summer beer.

Hazy golden peach color with no head. Lots of peach in the aroma and in the taste. Aroma is nice but taste is a bit much. About like drinking straight out peach juice from a concentrate. While I do love the peaches round here this one just needed to be dialed back just a bit. Shiner Holiday Cheer is much better than this so they should just stick with putting the peaches in Holiday Cheer and let this one go.
