COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Created with the crew at Pinocchioís Beer Garden to Go. This IPA was created using Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra and Columbus hops during the brewing processed and then itís Hop Flushed to provide fresh hop aromas when fermentation is almost complete.

Draft sampler at the brewery. Poured a very bright golden orange with a smaller white head. Aroma of rotting tropical fruits, bad citrus, wet toast, and old tea leaves. Flavor is a bit more bitter with lots of grapefruit, grains husks and toast. Medium body with strong carbonation. Solid beer.

Pours out a somewhat hazy golden to light straw color with a small head. Aroma is of some nice citrus fruits, some orange juice. Taste is solid, decent balance of bitterness and fruity hops, rather refreshing but still complex.

Drat notes from Caponeís. Pours gold with white head. Nose was hopcitrus, pale malt, grainy. Tasted of pale malt, bready and grainy, with finishing hops and citrus. Light bodied and lacking in complexity.

Light golden orange body, thin white head, minimal lacing. Light citric hops and pale malts. Medium to thin bodied, light carbonation, mellow bitterness. Weak.
