3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a finger sized white head mostly dissipating. Nose is yeasty bread. Nice and creamy on the palate, the taste is full of bread and yeast flavors with a hint of fruitness. Very smooth, not at all bitter. Pairs well with smoked salmon on crackers.
Sampled at Doran’s. Deep golden and clear. An off white ring plus. Not a lot going on. Something off with an odd bitterness. Sugary. Not something I want again. gregwilsonstl (2504) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 17, 2016
Nearly clear copper. Malty. Almost underfermented. Tasted at dorans bottle share. jandd1983 (4330) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - DEC 7, 2015
Bottle. It poured a clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma was sweet and grainy with a touch of earthiness. The taste was similar to the aroma with some honey and a little bitterness in the finish. Not bad. 6ROW (472) - corpus christi, Texas, USA - SEP 14, 2015

Clear Yellow, Medium Head, Some Lacing. Grainy Aroma. Slightly Sour, malt, Slightly Sweet, peppery Bitter Hops with dry finish. Just OK, so I’d Say pass it... tmoreau (4365) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Sampler as part of a flight "plank" of the current drafts at the brewpub bar. Poured a slightly hazed, light orangy gold color, with some modest, white head foam, and light lacing for plastic. The nose was some dank grain, light yeast, and light fruitiness. The flavor added moderate hop bitterness that was slightly earthy. The carbonation was fair, and the body was light. Basic and sessionable Blonde.
