Bottle courtesy of Skyview. Copper color with no head. A little dusty wheat aroma. After a few sips, the cherry comes out, but its pretty subtle. On the sour side of the cherry slide. Kind of an earthy, dark fruit undertone. A little more wheat. Easily drinkable, though not as full-flavored as I was hoping for.

Had this one bottled thanks to Dad! Dark yellow and cloudy pour topped with a bubbly white head. Dry, slightly sour nose. The taste is sharp, not overwhelmingly fruity, but acidic and almost medicinal. Tapers to a soft finish. This was not my favorite fruit beer, nor was it my favorite beer from this brewpub.

This is one of the worst beers I’ve tried. It has so much cherry in it it pours red and has no beer taste or aroma.

Bottle. Orange amber color. Fluffy head with nice lacing. Very strong cherry aroma- but the taste is not as sweet as the smell would leave you to believe. In fact, there was a lot of bitterness at the end that gave it a medicine-y, cough drop flavor. Not sure I cared for this. I want my cherry wheats to be sweeter and more tart...

Draft at the brewpub. The aroma was distinctly of black cherry soda. Poured a slightly medium orange color and was topped by a white head. Light bodied and slightly sweet with the flavor following the nose. Black cherry soda beer. Not offensive, but not a particularly outstanding beer, either.

Not real impressive. The cherry taste imparted into the brew seems to give it a sort of cleaning solution quality. It is drinkable, but not sure Id want to go back for more

A unique and tasty beer. The appearance is a rusty copper, topped with a craggy white head that falls into a smooth foam on top. The aroma is very acidic from the tart cherries with a little malt. The taste isnt all that different from the nose, a smooth sweet malt topped with a sharp acidic tasty, like a strong lemonade, The aftertaste is very strong on the tart cherry. Its a very good beer.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2009 12oz bottle-An amber body with a nice head. Aroma of slight cherry with a little malt. Taste of the same but I felt a little lacking in the cherry aspect. Not bad but could be better.

Tarnished copper appearance. Some good cherries in here. Very thick and syrupy. Nutty, oat, walnut, cherry flavor. Medium finish.

Golden color with some reddishness in there . Aroma is dominated by tart cherries with some light malt. Flavor is wheaty, light, and endowed with only a bit of cherry. Not all that good.
