COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our unfiltered classic American Pale Ale is a tribute to colonial America. The crisp Centennial hops, along with a generous helping of spruce tips, provide a unique bitterness that has been enjoyed for over 250 years! Donít worry... itís not the Christmas tree flavor you might expect. Sweet citrus and herbal notes are "just the tip" of this aleís complex flavor profile.

Draft at the brewpub. Pine and fruit aroma. Sweet fruit (cherry and grapefruit). Pine notes that are not overwhelming. Mouthcoating finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours with a good amount of fine thick head that disappears into a fine lacing. Cloudy copper colored. Sprucey on the nose but not too overwhelming. Piney taste is balanced well by hop bitterness, reminiscent of an IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
